SUPER FIX PP-999 is a high strength solvent borne synthetic Resin base adhesive. It is specially formulated to provide excellent adhesion with a wide variety surfaces including foam and furnishing material, wood, canvas, nylon fabric, Rexine, polyurethane coated fabric, ABS, high impact polystyrene, plastics and decorated laminated plastics. It is specifically designed for Foam/ Furnishing and upholstery and Handicraft industries.

The surface to be bonded should be clean and dry. Roughening or scouring may be recommended for porous material like leather. A thin layer of adhesive is to be applied on the surfaces to be bonded. Wait for about Min 10 minutes to evaporate the solvent, place the coated surfaces one above the other while the adhesive remains tacky. Press the coated surfaces firmly together.

Store in well sealed container Superfix PP-999 will keep satisfactorily for 12 months from date of manufacture, Low and high temperature storage should be avoided and the adhesive should preferably be stored within the temperature range 10 to 30 deg C
