SUPER FIX SP-999 is a high strength, high heat resistant solvent borne Rubber based sprayable adhesive. It is suitable for many industrial application and will bond a wide variety surfaces including Aluminium, mild steel, wood, PU, nylon fabric, Rexine, polyurethane coated fabric, PVC and PU foam, PP sheet, Polycarbonate. ABS and decorated laminated plastics. It is perfect designed for Automobile industries.

The surface to be bonded should be clean and dry. Roughening or scouring may be recommended for porous material like leather. A thin layer of adhesive is to be applied on the surfaces to be bonded. Wait for about 10 minutes to evaporate the solvent, place the coated surfaces one above the other while the adhesive remains tacky. Press the coated surfaces firmly together.

Store in well sealed container Superfix SP-999 will keep satisfactorily for 06 months from date of manufacture, Low and high temperature storage should be avoided and the adhesive should preferably be stored within the temperature range 10 to 30 deg C
