SUPER FIX RC-55 is a Reach Compliance solvent borne Rubber base adhesive. It is a Reach compliance adhesive for Export oriented leather goods and Footwear Industries and will bond a wide variety surfaces including Leather, Paper board, PU/Rubber foam, cotton/nylon fabric, Rexine, polyurethane coated fabric, wood, particle board/massonite board etc. It is specifically designed for Reach Compliance adhesive in export oriented Leather goods and Fotwear industries.

The surface to be bonded should be clean and dry. Roughening or scouring may be recommended for porous material like leather. A thin layer of adhesive is to be applied on the surfaces to be bonded. Wait for about 10 minutes to evaporate the solvent, place the coated surfaces one above the other while the adhesive remains tacky. Press the coated surfaces firmly together.

Store in well sealed container Super Fix RC-55 will keep satisfactorily for 12 months from date of manufacture, Low and high temperature storage should be avoided and the adhesive should preferably be stored within the temperature range 10 to 30 deg C
