SUPER FIX PU-999 is a high strength, high heat resistant solvent borne PU based adhesive. It is suitable for PVC/ PU/TPR/EVA soles to Leather, rexine, micro leather upper. It is specifically designed for Footwear Industry.

The surface to be bonded should be clean and dry. Roughening or scouring may be recommended by Emery paper for leather and PU/PVC primer wipping is required for PU/PVC sole vis a vis TPR primer for TPR sole and EVA primer for EVA sole.. A thin layer of adhesive with 5% Hardener is to be applied on the surfaces to be bonded. Wait for about 10 minutes to evaporate the solvent, place the coated surfaces for heat activation with temperature about 70 deg C. Press the coated surfaces firmly together.

Store in well sealed container Superfix PU-999 will keep satisfactorily for 12 months from date of manufacture, Low and high temperature storage should be avoided and the adhesive should preferably be stored within the temperature range 10 to 30 deg C
