Priming for TPR sole in Footwear Industries.
Powder @ 2%(W/V) is dissolved in Super Fix TPR Primer in a glass or plastic container. This ready Solution is recommended for using within 12 hours.The cleaned TPR Sole are then applied with this primer. The activated sole is to kept for min 1 hour. Then a thin coat of PU adhesive(with hardener) is applied on the prepared sole and it is left for 10 mins for heat activation.
